Can't download watch faces....says memory is full but its not.

Which watch do you have? You can also try using Garmin Express.

In the mobile app go to Garmin Devices >> viivoactive 3 >> > Activities & App Management >> Manage Storage

Available Storage, is how much space you have left for CIQ apps. You'll also see what CIQ apps you have installed and how much storage each one takes.

This isn't the same as the total amount of free space on the device. To see that, hook to a pc and see what that says.
