Heart Frequency advice on mobile app

Hi, do you have any explanation why I get Heart Frequency advices outside range of 65,535% when I'm with mobile app and FR45 connected during any activity. Always the same percentage which is no sense. No other devices connected just the watch and Android phone.

It is close to a a on power of 2 : √65535 = 255

Have you set any heart rate alerts?

Yes, set low at 40 and high at 150. While running I'm on 140/150 but the alert voice and the percentage has no sense

Check your heart rate zones. Does any of they correspond to 65,535% of max heart rate?

With the lowest, my heart rate should be over 26k...

Aha, it isn't a decimal comma. It is 65535%.

Try removing your heart rate alerts and see if that is causing the message.
