Data didn't record

Did three miles on track walking and some off track.i noticed about two miles my watch was glitchy. It appears I got credit for steps but not for the walking.no map or anything. I stopped my watch and clicked done,touched the save icon but nothing. Appears I got credit for steps but not time on track. And yes I did set walk icon and waited for gps signal.

I had a similar issue today. Went for 5km walk and it seems to have only registered some of my steps and no intensity minutes data for it. The walk activity has registered time, calories pace etc but nothing else.

I was told to run my file through it and then reintroduce it to my program. I haven't had a chance to use it but I went ahead and dropped out of the 91 miles challenge I was in. It did let me manually enter all my data but would not accept the info for challenges. It's funny, the basic information is still in my watch but no place else.

It's probably Garmin Online FIT Repair Tool. That and others listed below.

If you have any problems repairing it, post the fit file here and we'll have a look.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
