Is the Garmin 010-12883-00 HRM-Dual Heart Rate Monitor compatible with Garmin Connect for Android?

The only HRM you can connect to Garmin Connect is HRM-Pro. All other HRM needs to be connected to a device (watch, bike computer).

There isn't really any point in connecting the HRM to the Connect app. For logging your heart rate in an activity you need to connect the HRM to the watch or bike computer.

HRM-Pro is an activity tracker like a watch and that is why you can add it to Connect. It can then log the all day heart rate, steps etc.
