Myfitnesspal data not copying to garmin

Garmin says myfitnesspal is connected, myfitnesspal says garmin is connected, but calories and workouts are not copying from myfitnesspal to garmin. Any ideas?!

Here's an older thread, but you can try disconnecting both sides then reconnecting again - not syncing from MyFitnessPal
