I did not wear my watch to bed last night (usually don't). I really only wear it specifically when I work out...the watch tracked almost 800 high intensity activity minutes from 8pm to 4am and now, at 11am, I've apparently burned over 5, 000 calories (not possible as I have not gone for a workout and have a desk job). There were no specific activities recorded other than my afternoon run (which I did log properly ie. end it) and I did not wear the watch after the run so I don't understand how that would have happened..............confused why it is doing this and how to prevent it in the future. Also can I manually change these numbers- I'm using this watch to track metrics and they're totally messed up this week, which is a bit of a bummer.
