Vivo active HR does not download golf course after sync

When i am at a new course i download the course on phone. I do a sync and the course appears on watch. When i click on course i get an error message "download failed" it is now the second course this has happened. I have signed in and out shut down the watch same issue appears

- I still dont see a response from Garmin. They created a forum to resolve issues but does not help when Garmin does not respond?

Garmin-Rob typically responds in the golf-specific forums during the business week. (mon-fri). Today is a holiday in the States. I've tagged him here, so that might help.

Can you send us all a private message . This has being going on for a month now . Some courses download ok but most fail to download on watch . Doesnt matter about restarts re sync . Delete course on app and re download . Same problem . Can we please find out what is going on ?
