The only photo I can attach to an activity is the last one in my gallery. Why can't I attach any photo like before?

Even if I select the first photo, the last photo gets attached. Suggest reporting this to the Garmin Support Center, as I have done.

This is still an issue - I can't attach the photo I want to my Garmin activity.

No, the issue hasn't been resolved yet. I would recommend everyone raise it with Support Centre, maybe they will work on the fix faster.

Contact them starting from the Garmin Support Center. Suggest chat or call, depends on availability based on time of day and your location. Alternatively, you can email [email protected], but don't expect a quick response and resolution using that method.

I just wanted to make sure that is the issue that you were seeing (that no matter which picture you choose it uploads the most recent if doing 1 by 1 or if doing in bulk they upload the most recent). We have an engineering ticket open on this issue that currently has a fix that should be implemented soon likely through an Android app update. I am adding your account to the ticket and you should be notified when the fix is put in place (although your phone may update the app automatically as well when the new version comes out)

I still don´t understand why garmin had to change to an own developed, unique file-selector.

My latest pictures are mostly not visible there. No folder selection, which shows plenty of unnecessary images from whatsapp and different sources. It´s amazingly slow, not searchable or even fast-scrollable by date.
That it now just uploads the wrong image, does not surprise me at all...
