because the activities I do with my garmin 830 do not reflect the training status, it is always in no status.
To get training status you need to have VO2 max values. To get VO2 max values for cycling you need a power meter. Do you have a power meter?
previously when using the roller if they gave me values. I currently only use the cardio chest strap, but the values see vo2max if they are configured.
