.gpx file

I would like to uplode a .gpx file for a route in Garmin connect. Unfortunatly Garmin Connect gives me an error messege. I there anything I can do to get the map in to Garmin Connect?

Maybe the GPX is corrupt in some way.

Have you tried Garmin Connect Web? https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses

Test with some other service and see if that works, for example https://www.plotaroute.com/
