Connect Android App has a hard time with face updates

Frequently when there is an updated version of one of my installed faces the android app has a hard time with it. It says the update is completed but it is actually not. Updating via the web client with a cable updates the face on the watch but the android app still thinks an update is needed. In this case (watch updated with a cable) the update eventually goes away on the app but in the interim you can't use it for settings.
