I updated my phone and my connect app dumped a week's worth of data entirely. Since then, my watch is not tracking my sleep and some other activities. How do I get my data back?
Did you get a new phone and reinstalled connect? Did you "Sign In" to Garmin Connect using the same account that you used before you got the new phone? A very common occurrence when installing Garmin Connect on a new phone is to inadvertently "Create Account" rather than using the same Garmin account already being used.
