Strava pb hasn't synced with garmin app

I ran 5k yesterday and strava has recognised that I best my PB but for some reason my watch (vivoactive 3) and the garmin connect app haven't updated? I've synced the watch several times but to no avail

Personal records (PR) are not synced between the sites. Only the activities and each site identify PRs on their own.

Note that you must accept the personal record in the app or the web before it replaces the previous PR.

You can assign a PR manually from Garmin Connect Web.
You can also edit the time for the PR in the PR page (click the time): https://connect.garmin.com/modern/personal-records
