Send tourdata from the garmin connect app again like it's a new tour?

I had tracked a biketour with my vivoactiv. Unfortunately I deleted this biketour in the connected App komoot.
Is it possible to send the tourdata from the garmin connect app again like it's a new tour?

No. You will have to connect the watch to a computer and fetch the FIT file and import it to Garmin Connect https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data
