Ist there a possibility to copy mp3 files directly from a Smartphone to a Garmin vivoactive 3 music or a vivoactive 4? Can't beliebte, that there ist no option for an Android device

No, it is not possible for Android devices to be an MTP Host and connect to an MTP Client device such as recent Garmin watches. Android devices can only be MTP Clients.
