Title says all. I have a workout recorded as move IQ, but cannot change it to a proper workout (so it shows up in the list of workouts)

They should make it possible
I vote yes to at least make this option available.
It would benefit 1st time users or users who purchased a new device. Also, there are times when you just forget.
Thanks for considering.
They should make it available even if all the data isn't recorder is far better than just a manual activity with only time duration.
I've walked the whole afternoon yesterday and I regret that I…
interesting, so one might also find a recovery time after significant non-exercise stress, excessive sauna, all-night or a fever?
Agreed that, if move IQ events are not logged as training load for whatever reason, better remember to record as an activity.
The IQ activity concerned triggers a noticeable recovery time of 16h similar to a training session - and that is reasonable by the associated heart rates. Recorded as a known training session it does indeed contribute significantly to my optimal training load which helps avoid overreaching.
An activity identified as move IQ should really count towards training load, by default or as an option. Otherwise it feels like a nice AI gimmik.
By turning the feature off, the session should, if anything, be less likely to contribute to training load, Loosing the recovery time would not help. I might check it out to see if recovery is independent of move IQ.
