My app on my note 9 isnt working with my phone vivoactive 4s i hvae deletes the app and restaled it and still not workn,i am worried as i bought this watch after i took 2 heart attackes 8weeks ago

Make sure that you removed the watch from the bluetooth settings in the phone. Then use Garmin Connect to add the watch. Do not add it via the bluetooth settings.
