How to fix Garmin name doesnt show at my Strava activity?

I am from Vietnam! I have a problem with Garmin Forerunner 245 Music. I connect and sync between Garmin and Strava very well.

But why my Garmin Forerunner 245 Music name does not appear at my Strava activity synced from Garmin Connect??

As the attached picture is from someone else, it shows the device name!. I try to open the .fit file and see the product code of 2 different is 3321 and 3913. Product 3321 is displayed name Garmin Forerunner 245!

Can someone tell me whats wrong and how to fix??

Perhaps there is a problem with the APAC version…

i'm based in Singapore, just changed from Apple Watch to Garmin. Strava also doesn't recognize my new device >.< Back then, it showed my Apple Watch's name though

Perhaps there is a problem with the APAC version. Can you attach the a fit file here so we can see what might be wrong?

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK. Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., then post a link to the file in your post.

Do you also have the case that the name is not displayed, is it unreasonable for the new device to display the old device name?

seilogramp Hi, I'm from Hong Kong and just got a fenix 6 and have the same issue like Thao and Kien for my first activity which synced to Strava.
