Found out the new muscle group presentation in the web version of the connect. It's neat!
But there has been problem for me with excersises, so I'm going to address it.
I'm focusing mainly in calisthenics so I'm doing lots of variations and alternations of common moves. For example:
Firstly ATM connect doesn't have archer push up nor pull up. Simple that needs to be added.
Secondly Connect has pistol squat, but there's a lot of variations for different level, supported, negatives, with jump (landing for one or two feet maybe on a box)
Thirdly there is still lots of all kinds of moves to go through to find the one you are not looking.
So I have been visualizing type of a UI that is based on keywords that you can combine.
Keywords like negative, supported (there could be like wall and floor supported options), pistol squat (or squat and pistol), could be combined to one whole excercise "wall supported negative pistol squat.
It might sound like a lot of work to desing and use but I think in the end it would be more flexible with less space required and allowing greater freedom for designating activities and following our progress. And of course our favourite excercises are saved in recent folder like we are used to.
