Comment régler les paramètres de sommeil sur la vivoacrive 3 music ?

Bonjour, 
 L'application connect ne me detaille &agrave; aucun moment mon sommeil. Je ne trouve rien qui puisse m'&eacute;clairer &agrave; ce sujet justement. Sauf en allumant l'ordinateur et aller sur mon compte garmin 
 J'aimerais avoir mes d&eacute;tails directement sur mon appli connect. Si quelqu'un peut m'aider.

 Do you have Sleep as one of the cards on the My Day page? If not, scroll to the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Edit My Day" and add sleep.
