Data synchronizing incorrectly from watch to garmin connect app

My run's data is showing correctly on my watch but is not showing on my phone. The steps are showing on my phone(the garmin connect app) but not the route/run. How can I transfer the run's data to the garmin connect app?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

3 ways to get the file to us:

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Zip the file, then drag and drop it onto a reply post.
Upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., then post a link to the file in your post.
