Multi sport and 'over reaching'

My app keeps saying i'm unproductive then over reaching. Its very disheartening. I feel fine and am training for a 5 mile race. Nothing extra ordinary and following a plan. I ride a horse everyday whilst wearing my forerunner 245 and dont bother tracking it as an activity. Its registering that as an elliptical exercise. Do you think thats pushing me over the top in terms of time spent excercising? My heart rate isnt excessive when i run. Anyone faced similar?
