Newbie here. Anyone know how to get a screen like the image please, with the coloured HR zones at the bottom? Thanks

Those are just standard data fields. The bottom is Heart Rate Gauge that you will find in the Heart Rate Fields category. It is also found in the Graphical category. Maybe Fenix 3 doesn't have that field.
