Redmi Note 9 and Edge 1000 pairing problem

Hello,

I have problem with bluetooth pairing - Edge 1000.

Bluetooth is active on Edge, Edge is in pairing mode. I will add Edge in mobile app. App will ask for enabling Bluetooth.

Mobile app can "see" BT_Edge 1000. Can pair with it. I can see passcode. I wil select pair.

Progress bar is stuck in few percent for approx 1 minute, then I got error message Pairing was not succesfull. I can retry but no luck.

I tried to reboot both devices with Wifi and BT disabled. No luck.

I tried older versions of Connect Mobile. No luck.

Edge 1000 has last version of firmware. Phone is on Android 10, MIUI 12.0.2 stable.

Please help.

Any luck with this? Have the same issue with galaxy s10e and edge 1000

Hi, no luck, no reply from Garmin staff, I wrote them email using support pages.

I called the support phone number today and they walked me through a few troubleshooting ideas. Super helpful. Unfortunately no answers but I recommend calling them to see if you have better luck than me.
