Garmin connect not showing steps and sleep data

Hello team

I am able to see garmin step on vivo active 3 but when I see same on mobile app garmin connect it show no steps. I am not able to see data on garmin connect. I had also updated app.

On the My Day screen, at the very bottom is an edit my day link. If it's just a matter of adding it back to My Day, you do it there. As for your last screenshot, that's sleep not steps. It's weird that it also is empty. By any chance, do you sync fr5om multiple devices and one of them is linked to a different account?

If I'm not mistaken, there is an open issue at Garmin for this issue depending on the watch. Perhaps someone at Garmin will pipe in.

Yes there was issue . I tried to update the app and software but still the problem persists. I uninstalled the app from my mobile and again downloaded the garmin connect. I will see tonight it will show the sleep data or not
