Downloading activities from Connect

Hi, I left my Garmin at a friends house, but I want to upload an Activity today. I see the Activity in the Connect mobile app. However, if I sign into Connect.Garmin.Com, I don't this. I do see Activities up to the 17th. How do I download this activity (.tcx, .fit or .gpx) to upload to Strava?

Are you sure you've signed in to both Garmin Connect Web and the android app with the same account? Both the app and the web point to the same database, so you should see the same activities, if you're using the same Garmin account for both.

Hi, yes. You see how the the mobile version has Activities for the 24th and 22nd, which are missing from the web version?

I would check again and follow the directions - Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing

You can also check by going to Account Information on Garmin Connect Web. Take note of the email address being used. Then sign out of the android app, then back on using that same email address.

Yes, that is me. I guess I'll have to wait to get my watch back as I don't have the device which seems like is needed for the later steps. For the email part, it's odd as I tried to update the email and it said not valid. Not a critical issue. I appreciate your help!
