I530 Sync Issues

Started a few rides ago. I530 won't give me the option to "upload ride". Only "done". I would have to link my 530 to my computer in order for it upload rides. Now the rides won't upload to Garmin connect at all. Please help. I've powered down. Uninstalled and Reinstalled Garmin Connect on my laptop and phone app (android). I'm out of ideas.

Sorry for the delay its the Edge 530. Still not working. I've tried everything I've read and found on Google.

I'm logged into Express. It's showing the Edge 530 as connected. But it keeps asking for my email and password. I put in and it just going back to the same screen "Edge 530 and Add a Device"

After several attempts. It finally let me in and now checking for updates. Says I'm up to date.

Found the file in connect.

Now I'm trying to pair again with my phone but it's not doing so.

Now the device won't pair to my phone that its always been paired to. Can I just trade it in for a new one. I can't keep going through this.

With multiple issues, probably best to just contact Garmin directly - https://support.garmin.com/

Thx. I've given up for tonight. I can see it on my laptop. But not on the app. And now it won't sync to my phone. This is insane. With so many people having the same problem you would think a company of this size...... ..

Yes, probably need to step away for a while. Then I would focus on one thing at a time. Starting with the manual upload of your activities, as mentioned in my first post. The manual upload will tell you if there is a problem with the files. If there are corrupt fit files, those should be copied off of the device then removed from the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder.
