Metric system for not showing even after I selected it on the app.

I selected the metric system multiple times in the app since Im from Latin America and we DO NOT use the other one. Its a huge pain in the ass to see the info only on miles, lbs and such. Please fix it. I've got the Garmin Lily and everything else in the app works and syncs just fine.

According to the manual for Lily you should change the setting in the device settings. Have you done that? You find the device settings by clicking the device at the top.
