Garmin Connect Not Uploading Data to Go365

I have a Vivofit 3 connected to Garmin Connect which is sharing with Go365 (I can see that all seems to be connected in both places), but no data is uploading to the Go365 app. Am I missing a setting or button to upload data from Garmin Connect or should this be happening on a regular schedule automatically? Is this a Garmin Connect app issue or should I be getting help from Go365?

Late to all this and haven't been paying attention. Has anything I've done in the past few days not synced?

I can't even see an option to connect my garmin again in the go365 app. Garmin is missing.
