connect (android) can sync the latest actity, but cannot sync the activity before latest from my fenix5xplus

I recorded my activity yesterday evening, but not sync to my Garmin Connect (Android)

I recorded another activity this morning, and open Garmin Connect to sync

Garmin Connect synced the activity of this moning, but have not sync the activity of last evening

This happened many times

Activities from previous days will not be listed at top in the My Day page. The ones from yesterday will be visible in the Yesterday card if you got it activated. To make sure that it didn't sync then goto the activities page: Menu->Activities->All activities. Do you see the missing activity in that list?

It's not listed in the Yeaterday tab, either in All Activities

I also connected my Fenix5xPlus on my computer, and I'm sure the FIT file is availably

Import the FIT file to Garmin Connect. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data

Sync fails if the file is corrupt in some way.

As e7andy suggested, try a manual upload of that activity using these instructions: How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please zip the fit file then attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.
