Cancel running program

I wish to cancel my running program midway through it and start a different one. The app allows me to select "Cancel program" but then doesn't follow through. Any suggestions?

Hello! Can you try to log into Garmin Connect via web and try to cancel the plan? Then select save and sync with Garmin Express?
