Manual entry has been made much much more difficult in the latest upgrade, can instep back to an earlier version?

The manual entry function has been changed; it is now significantly more time consuming and more complex to manually enter values, for instance, max power or fluid intake volume.

How do I regress 1 level, back to when you could enter by column

You can install an older version from an unofficial APK archive such as the apkssl.com or apkmirror.com. Do not forget to disable the auto-update option at the GC Mobile app in Google Play store.
