I'm using Forerunner 645. My workout says'Run until Lap Press'. Which button should I press? (none of them is called Lap).

the lap-button is usually the lower one on the right side of your watch.
It is used in trainings often, when the training has to wait until you reach a certain position (i.e. in mountain runs, when you have to get back to the starting line).
