Hello,
In the Appearance section of Connect, I can access Widgets and Control Menu, but not Watch Faces. I constantly receive the message "Unable to contact the Connect IQ Store." This happens multiple times a day. Once in a while, I get through, most times I get the error. It's frustrating when all I want to do is change the color of the second hand on my watch face and it takes two days to do it because of these errors.
This has been a problem since I bought my Venu late last year. This is a terrible customer experience.
Anyone have suggestions to fix this? It's only in the watch face section.
