Venu not displaying incoming calls

Hello. I just got my Garmin Venu on Monday and I can't seem to get it to display incoming phone calls. I get all other notifications (texts, emails, etc.), but phone calls do not display. I have a Google Pixel 3.

I have checked all the settings on my phone and the Connect App as well as followed all the tips in this thread (https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-mobile-andriod/213877/notifications/1010196#1010196), but it's still not working.

I have tried turning my watch on and off again, as well as turning my phone on and off again. Neither of these worked.

I have also tried turning phone notifications off, syncing with the phone, turning phone notifications on, and syncing with the phone again, but none of that worked.

Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to fix it??

I'm having the same issue. My Venu used to display contact names for calls and out of nowhere it stops and now only shows Unknown caller. I get all notifications correct but not for calls. I check all the phone and watch permissions are are correct. Using a Verizon Samsung S20 FE

Same issue as well. I have also gone through all the contacts and phone settings and allowed all permissions. I hope someone gets back to us on a solution.

I had the same issue with phone calls only (other nottifications worked fine) and finally found on Settigs, Battery and performance, phone application, Details, Battery saver --> set to no restrictions. It solved the problem. phone is Xiaomi redmi note 10pro.
