Do you want to transfer steps from the app "healthifyme" to Garmin Connect, or in the opposite direction?
In the first case, it won't be possible - Garmin accepts steps only from own devices
In the second case, you have to contact the support of the app "healthifyme" and ask them whether they have an interface for reading steps from Garmin Connect, and in the case they do have one, follow their instruction for setting it up.
