Automatic sync data every hour to Garmin cloud

Hello

I need your help please ,i have a vivosmart HR and for send data to cloud for do that always I need to open the app garmin Connect,then if I close the app in my Phone, the vivosmart never upload the information ,my quesiton is ,how can i run as background in my Phone garmin app ,for prevent that I will close it manualy and not upload data? Or do you have an app for only upload info to garmin cloud each hour for example ?...please let me know ...thanks.

You better post your question to the iOS forum. This one is for Android, and there won't be many users familiar with iPhones, here.
