Connect - activity flag

Last weekend I was walking with my daughter. Both of us started recording on our Instinct watches. When we returned we stopped, synced with Connect (both on android). Hers had the track we walked in the activity flag at the top, mine did not. I have looked for a setting that would add it to the same activity flag unsuccesfully.

How do I turn it on?

Not sure I understand what you mean by the "activity flag". Do you mean the colored card with the walk totals at the top of the GC Mobile screen? If it did not appear on the screen, then you either did not sync the watch, or the sync failed, or you did not save the activity, or have the watch accidentlly associated with multiple accounts.

If you are sure you saved the activity and synced the watch, and that the sync completed succesfully (the white sync circle closes and turns green), then follow the instructions from the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing to resolve the issue.

Yes the "Activity Card" that appears after saving an activity. For instance, I went out today and walked .48mi. The time and pace are listed and the card is green.

On a recent walk, my daughters Connect "Activity Card" actually had a track on the green card.

If I tap on the card I can see the track.

Ok, I figured it out.

I normally look at my day in the collapsed view. the green card is there and the track does not show up.

If I expand the view, the track is on the green card.

I am surprised I never noticed that before last weekend!
