Cannot access training calender in Vivoactive 3

Hello, 

I have scheduled  a Garmin training program in Garmin Connect. My Vivoactive 3 did not have updated workouts for me and i did not understand why so I tried to reinstall the app and perform factory reset on the watch but it did not solve the problem. Now my watch says "Download your training calender from Garmin Connect". How do I do this? Is there anyway to resend the remaining workouts in my training program to my Vivoactive 3?
