Daylight saving time 2021

My instinct updated to daylight savings time and shows the correct time, but all data in the Connect app is off by 1 hour. I can't see any way to adjust the time zone in the app. Under "display preferences" it instructs me to change settings such as time zone in my phone, but my phone has the correct time. I manually updated the time with GPS and synced, went back to auto time and synced, but no change. Any suggestions?

Try adjusting the TZ in the User Settings in Garmin Coect Web. It should propagate to the app too.

I didn't try Connect Web before. There is no Eastern Daylight Time option, so I tried other GMT -4 zones and changed it. It did not change the time in the app with any of them. My heart rate, step, sleep, etc are still behind

It won't change the data retrospectively, if you mean that.

No. I mean all new data after I updated the time zone in Connect Web is still off by 1 hour. Phone time and watch time remain accurate, but data in Connect is not.

So try GMT-3 or GMT-5 (depending on which way the 1 hour offset is)
