Slow Sync

Hi, may I know why it's super super super slow to sync device to phone?

Even my cheap  smartband sync faster.

And I notice Bluetooth is on and off all the time?

Why is this happen? This is latest tech should be super fast and seamless connection.

Please help!

*I already update latest firmware and Connect apps.

    Guys, i solve it. I dunno maybe it's my phone. I reset phone (literally factory reset) and boom it connected faster.

    Also also the connection might be interfere if you set your phone to power-saving mode. Might need to exclude Connect apps from power-saving option.
