My vivomove style stopped pairing with the connect app. I've tried the following:
- Unpairing my vivomove style in bluetooth settings and in the connect app.
- Clearing the data under the bluetooth settings in system apps.
- Resetting my vivomove style.
- Restarting my phone (Galaxy note 8 - latest android updates installed).
- Uninstslling and reinstalling the connect app.
Each time I try to pair my device, before I get the chance to insert the six digit PIN displayed on my watch, I get an error saying 'Failed'. I only get about 1 second to insert the PIN before this error message occurs.
