My GPS for vivoactive 4s is not working.

It always says wait for gps. I have tried everything
1. Updates on garmin express
2. CPE info is on current too

Is it common or I need to replace with the new one?

Even if it says "current" I would still follow the directions to update it by removing the RemoteSW folder, if you have not tried that already - Expired EPO on a Garmin Outdoor Watch | Garmin Support
