Additionally (on some devices) it also depends on the widget you are referring to. For example if you refer to the Weather widget (in contrary to the internal sensor widget), then you can change the units in the settings of the Weather widget (enter its settings typically by long-pressing the Menu button, but again it may differ, depending on the watch model).
