Heart rate zone settings

Forerunner 745. The Heart rate l did set for running is ignored during running. In fact after the activity the heart rate zones recorded do not match with the ones l set. Why?

Check the HR Zones settings directly on your watch. Either the settings from the app did not propagate to the watch, or you may have more than one HR Zones table. You can define for example different HRZ for running, for cycling, and the general HRZ table too. So you may have edited the wrong one.

To be sure, I edited all the same. During running, on the watch is correct. Like 149 is my lactate threshold in zone 4. But after running, when checking in the app is wrong. For instance, my zone 4 does not match anymore with the settings and with my lactate threshold 149. The zone 4 becomes much higher.

Compare the HR Zone settings on the watch, in device settings of the GC Mobile app, and also in the device settings on GC Web. They should be indentical in all places. Normally it syncs automatically, but in case there is some problem (i.e. multiple acounts associated with the device), the settings may be different in one of the places, and ovewriting the correct ones.

I have only one account and only one watch. I sync it, but no way is still wrong!

Unfortunately duplicate accounts are very frequent problems with GC, and I saw hundreds of users swearing they had only one account, and still it finally turned out they had multiple ones.

One possbile way to check for multiple accounts is by entering your screen name and alternatively all email addresses you use, into the search box on the [page Connections of GC Web].

Post the screenshots of you HRZ settings in the GC Mobile app, the GC Web, and on the watch, and also share a link to the latest activity, where the HR Zones are wrong.
