What does the Device Sync Audit tell? Any errors or warnings? You can found it in GCM app Menu » Settings.
The FR35 is notorically known for not coping well with full storage, so make sure you regularly delete activities from the folder //GARMIN/Activity/ (over the USB cable) to free up some space. It might be the reason for your issue too.
Thanks; I tried deleting older activities but apparently the only difference it made was erasing intensity minutes from the watch as well this is the sync report, it seems the upload was successful, and yet: https://imgur.com/a/aSGviWu
It's no biggie if I lose a week but it would be a bummer if intensity stopped uploading altogether as it's probably the feature that helps me the most in staying motivated.
