Hartrate isn't working

I cleanded the sensors, set on automatic, turned the watch on off, reset the factorysettings but still the hartrate isn't working. It worked before for several months untill now. Something else I should try?

Does the LED of the sensor emit any light? You could try setting the watch to broadcast the HR over BT, to see whether it does not help starting it. You could also try finding a firmware update package (for example one of the beta versions) that includes also the Sensor Hub firmware, and reloading it. Look for it in the forum dedicated to your watch model - beta versions are being published there. If nothing of it helps, contact the Customer Support.
