I have a Vivosmart 4 along with a Samsung Galaxy S7 (running Android 8.0.0). Periodically, my Vivosmart and phone lose bluetooth connectivity. The Vivo goes in to pairing mode and gives me the 6 digit code you get when trying to pair. Once this happens, I can never get the Vivo and my phone to sync.
The only solution I have found thus far is to remove the Vivosmart 4 from Connect and then re-add it (going through the pairing process, etc). It happens randomly but its typically every week or so (sometimes more frequent and sometimes less).
Any suggestions on how to stop this from happening? Its more of an annoyance than anything else but it certainly is annoying.
