I've joined the 3 mile weekend challenge last feb 12-14 but unfortunately it was not syncronised by my Vivomove & did not get the badge

I have more than 12 km which is equivalent to more thsn 7 miles.

Sorry I wrote it wrong, I used to sync my watch 2-3 times a day. What I meant is it is not recorded the km I've walked during the day of Feb 12-14. But the steps have been recorded and recognized by syncronising.

It' s okej if I don't get the badge, I just wanted to know if there is something wrong with my watch. Walking challenge from Jan to March is not showing the km I've done

Yes I did joined the challenge before it is started. I've got the badges for 115k steps, 300k in Jan, 280k steps in Feb. It counted the steps but not the walking aktivitet. Does my Vivomove not compatible for these sort of challenge?
