Why is my sleep not showing up in app?

    We do not know. There are are countless possbilities. You'll need to elaborate closer, and offer some data - the graphs of the daily HR, Stress, Sleep, etc.

    When i sync my fenix 6s to my phone everything else shows up steps, body battery, cals ect but sleep doesn't, i can see view it on my watch but not the app.

    Try this: Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing. When it does not help, contact the Customer Support.

    I’ve seen many folks have issues with sleep tracking showing up in Garmin connect, even after multiple and successful syncs. One day, sleep tracking just stopped showing up in the app for iOS. 

    I tried everything: re-syncs. Adjusting my times on the web and in the mobile app. Wearing my watch two hours before bed. Ensuring it’s the preferred activity tracker.

    Nothing worked. UNTIL I added the sleep on my watch as a widget to see if my watch was even recording sleep at all. And it was. So that let me know the data existed and that there was an issue between the devices communicating.

    So whenever I had the Garmin mobile app up on my phone, I’d simply access the widgets on my watch, view sleep, and then It’d pop up automatically in the Garmin app like nothing happened. It was my way of forcing a sync beyond what the app was doing.

    The Fix:

    So, just add the sleep widget to your watch and view your sleep directly on your watch and then it should sync and start showing up.

    I have exactly the same issue. And I had to fix it identically as even after years, Garmin had not patched this repeatedly reported problem. It's a pity as the 7X are expensive device and people deserve to have it working properly

    Same issue. But not fixed by accessing the widget on watch.... Any other solutions? Anyone? Thx, p

    Yep same happened to my watch. Was working for years and suddenly stopped displaying in the app but still displayed the sleep data on the watch. Strange.

    all of a sudden works again...  too bad they don't communicate on it properly

    Same here - the new firmware was not fully transferred to the watch in my case. After upgrade has finished all came back to normal.

    Same issue here. Worked for years. Last week suddenly not. Sleep data is visible in the widget. Successful sync. No sleep data in connect. Fenix 6x.
